Return & Refund Policy – Electro Worlds

At Electro Worlds, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy for your convenience.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to initiate a return

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. Ship the product back as instructed

Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, Electro Worlds will cover the shipping cost
